How do I book an appointment?

We are currently taking appointments for new and existing patients at our Etobicoke location.

To schedule an appointment, please visit our Contact Us page to fill out an online booking form. We'll follow up with you to schedule an appointment and answer any questions you may have.
Is a deposit required upon booking?

Once a date and time have been agreed upon, you will be required to send a $100 non-refundable deposit to the email of thenursetran@gmail.com or provide via credit card in order to secure your appointment.

Appointment times are based on availability and priority will be given to whoever sends their deposit first.

Cancellations can be done at any time. The deposit is nonrefundable.
